PICTURE THIS.  You drive up to your home and park inside your attached two car garage. The garage has built in cabinets and shelves along the back wall, great to keep yourself organized and all your extra stuff hidden away. Just outside your office is a nice powder room, perfect for powdering of noses and such.  You walk through the arched entry into your large living room. To your left, you have a gas fireplace that actually heats the space pretty well, and the fireplace is flanked by more built-in shelves. Perhaps you can place more books or color-coordinated decor or a small animal taxidermy collection. Immediately in front of you is a wall of windows that peeks out into your backyard where you see nothing but trees and shrubs, almost like you live out in the forest, but not really. To your right you see your dining room where you can comfortably seat a party of 10 with no problem.  If you walk into your dining room, you see that your kitchen and dining room might actually be the same room, only separated by a lovely granite breakfast bar. The pendant lighting isn't distracting; it's actually pretty practical since you like to eat nutritious bowls of cereal (and other breakfast-type meals) under abundant lighting. Your kitchen is well appointed with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine chiller, and wine rack. You have plenty of cabinetry, but you also have this great big pantry to keep all your cardboard cylinders of Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal and cans of Chef Boyardee Beefaroni and boxes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese.  Going up stairs from your living room, you'll find two bedrooms painted in custom colors so you can always tell them apart. Across the hall from these similar yet different colored bedrooms is your second bathroom. It has a nice toilet. It has a nice sink. It has a nice shower. This is also where your laundry is tucked away in an unsuspecting closet. The full size, high efficiency, front-loading washer and dryer saves a whopping 50% of floor space by being stacked one on top of the other (so innovative!). This practically new Miele Touchtronic laundry system will make you a loser in the Showcase Showdown on The Price is Right because it actually retails for nearly $3,500 - which is proof more than anything else that these machines clean clothes really, really well. The laundry closet is so large that you can even hang all your delicate unmentionables to dry right next to the machines. No mess, no fuss! Next to your laundry closet, you see another door that leads into an enormous unfinished storage area, great for storing lots of things you don't necessarily want other people to see. As you're going back out to the hallway from the bathroom, you think to yourself, "Wow, this house has it all." BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! You haven't even gone into the master bedroom yet! You walk into this massive Presidential Suite fit for a leader of the political party of your choice. Your deluxe 5-piece master bathroom includes a beautiful toilet (not gold, but still beautiful), a set of his-and-hers or his-and-his or hers-and-hers sinks, a deep jetted tub with 180-degree private windows, and a large shower that's big enough for two (sorry, the builder built it with just one shower head so you'll have to share). The master bedroom has an abundance of natural light that looks out to the same trees that you see from your master bathroom. The room itself can fit at least two king size beds inside. Maybe even three. Hypothetically speaking, of course. ALL THIS CAN BE YOURS for the low, low price of $2,600. Sorry, no pets. It's not that I don't like pets, because I do. It's just that this rental house doesn't accept them. Oh, I'm sure your pet is lovely. But no pets here. Sorry.
