Appletree Bay Property Management was founded in 1997 to fill a need in the residential property management services in Chittenden County. We have experienced steady growth over the years and today boast a spectacular portfolio of properties with over 2,000 units of apartments and condominiums under management as well as three highly rated campgrounds.
