Who do I make my rent check payable to?
Checks are payable to the name of your landlord, which is located on the first page of your rental agreement. At no time should checks be made payable to Appletree Bay Property Management.  You can now pay your rent on-line at www.RentPayment.com (http://www.rentpayment.com/)

How much is my rent?
The first page of your rental agreement will state your monthly rental obligation to your landlord.

Do your rental properties accept Section 8?
All of our properties accept Section 8.

I have an overdue balance; who do I speak with about my account?
You should either speak with your Rental Manager or accounting.

Do your rental properties accept pets?
Most of our rental properties do not accept pets. Please ask your Rental Manager if your Landlord has a pet agreement form, or would be willing to accept a pet deposit. 

Is smoking permitted in your any of your rentals?
No, all our rental units are non-smoking.

How long is a lease term?
A lease term is a period of time agreed upon, normally 1 year and stated in your rental lease agreement.

Do you accept short-term rentals?
No, all lease terms are for a minimum of 1 year

Do you accept subletting?
No.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Please refer to the utilities section of your rental agreement.

What are the average cost of utilities for the rental unit I am interested in renting?
Each utility provider is willing to provide you with an annual breakdown so that you may estimate your monthly bills. We encourage you to call each provider to see what these costs might be, based on the prior occupant usage.

How long do you keep my rental application on file?
We keep all rental applications on file for 45 days.

How long is my consumer credit report valid?
A consumer credit report is valid for 45 days.

Who needs a consumer credit report?
All individuals residing in a rental unit who are 18 years of age or older and any cosigner, if required.

I have a maintenance concern, who should I report it to?
If it is after hours you have a maintenance emergency, please contact (802) 749-5057. Otherwise all maintenance concerns should be reported to your rental manager.

Homeowners

What is the name of my Homeowner’s Association?
The name of your association is indicated in your association governing documents (Declaration & Bylaws).

Who do I make my Association fees check payable to?
Checks are payable to the name of your homeowners association. At no time should checks be made payable to Appletree Bay Property Management.

How do I pay for my Association fees?
Appletree Bay Property Management’s first preference is through ACH, otherwise you may pay your fees through CIT Bank’s (https://www.propertypay.cit.com) website. Please contact Appletree Bay for Property ID, Management ID and Account number.

I have an overdue balance; who do I speak with about my account?
You can  speak with Alexis in accounting.

I have a buyer for my condominium and I need a Resale Certificate and/or Condominium Questionnaire; how do I obtain this certificate and/or questionnaire?
Both the Resale Certificate and the Condominium Questionnaire can be obtained through www.homewisedocs.com

Who is my property manager?
Please review the list we have provided for you on the My Association page.
